We had repairs of “major water damage” to the interior and exterior of a rear bedroom wall done by Ms. Green Construction with a team of carpenters and gutter installers. Once inside the wall around the window, we could see the results of poor workmanship during the initial job by a company which is no longer in business.

The repairs done by Ms. Green construction were done in 5 days of carpentry and clean up and 1 hour of gutter replacement and powerwashing. This was all completed within the projected 4-6 weeks from signing the contract.

At this point in time we are extremely satisfied with the finished product. The Ms. Green  Construction team were always on schedule, most courteous, and took time to explain what they were doing and what else needed to be done. They were a “delight” to have around.

The installation director, frequently came by first to measure for and order supplies, then inspect the work done and to bring supplies and/or assist in cleaning up surplus supplies. Any concerns we had were quickly resolved.

Without hesitation we will offer a recommendation to our friends and relatives if they are in need of home improvements. We give permission to Ms. Green to reprint any or all of our comments.
